How we protect your medicine, step by step
- Sourced from authorized distributors. Every batch comes from the manufacturer’s authorized supply chain, with batch number and expiry recorded and visible on your invoice.
- Stored in our own coldrooms. Stock is held at a controlled 2–8 °C inside our two owned coldrooms. Not a domestic fridge, not a shared warehouse.
- 24-hour temperature monitoring. Temperature is logged around the clock so there is a continuous record that the cold chain was never broken.
- Packed in validated cold-chain packaging. Orders go out in insulated boxes with gel ice packs sized to keep 2-8 °C for the full journey.
- Delivered by our own trained staff. In Delhi-NCR our own people hand-carry cold-chain orders door to door. Your injections are not passed to a third-party courier.
- Handed over cold, with proof. You receive the medicine still cold, with batch and expiry clearly shown on the pack and invoice.
