These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://ivfinjection.in, operated by Dev Medicines Private Limited (CIN: U51397DL2003PTC118609). By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About us

IVFInjection.in is an India-based pharmacy platform supplying IVF and fertility medicines, hormone injections, pregnancy-support products, and select specialty medicines, in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Rules, 1945.

2. Prescription requirement

  • Schedule H, Schedule H1, and other prescription-only medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • We may verify your prescription before confirming or dispatching an order, and may decline or cancel any order where a valid prescription is not provided.
  • We do not process requests for Schedule X or other habit-forming/narcotic drugs.

3. Medical disclaimer

Content on this site is for general information and patient education only. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your treating doctor or fertility specialist regarding medicines, dose, and schedule.

4. Pricing & availability

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. MRP and discounts shown are indicative and may vary with tax and supplier changes.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed; some items are dispatched subject to stock and prescription verification.
  • In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, missing prescriptions, or delivery constraints for cold-chain products.

6. Delivery

We offer Pan-India delivery, with priority delivery across Delhi NCR. Delivery timelines are estimates. Cold-chain (2-8 °C) products are dispatched with temperature-controlled handling; someone must be available to receive them promptly.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering, particularly the restrictions on cold-chain products.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use genuine prescriptions, and not to misuse the platform. This includes attempting to return products not purchased from us, or reselling medicines unlawfully.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, logos, product descriptions, images) is owned by or licensed to Dev Medicines Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Medicines must be used strictly under a doctor’s supervision; we are not responsible for outcomes arising from use contrary to medical advice or product instructions.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
