Return & Refund Policy
Because we supply medicines including temperature-sensitive, life-critical products and our return policy is designed to protect patient safety and product integrity. Please read it carefully before ordering.
1. Return window
Eligible products may be returned within the same calendar month of purchase. Requests made after the month of purchase are not accepted as a matter of right. In genuine cases, and entirely at our discretion as a goodwill gesture, we may consider a return after this period. But this is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and may be declined (unless it qualifies all our safety checks).
2. Cold-chain (2-8 °C) products cannot be returned
Cold-chain medicines: Those requiring storage at 2-8 °C, including most IVF injections and other temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for return or exchange once dispatched. This is due to the nature of their handling: once such a product leaves our controlled cold-chain, its temperature integrity cannot be verified or guaranteed, and it cannot be safely re-dispensed to any patient. This restriction exists for patient safety and is non-negotiable.
3. Condition of returnable products
For non-cold-chain products that are eligible for return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original, sealed packaging, with all seals, labels, and batch/expiry details intact;
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase from IVFInjection.in (order ID / invoice);
- Free from any tampering, damage, or missing components.
Opened, used, partially used, or unsealed medicines cannot be returned, as they can no longer be dispensed safely.
4. Proof of purchase & anti-fraud
We only accept returns of products that were purchased directly from IVFInjection.in, verified against our sales and batch records. To protect patients and our business, we match every return against the original order, invoice, and batch number. We reserve the right to refuse any return where:
- the product cannot be matched to a genuine purchase from us;
- the batch number does not correspond to the batch we dispatched to you;
- there is reason to believe the return is fraudulent or the product was sourced elsewhere.
Attempting to return medicines not purchased from us may result in refusal of service and, where appropriate, further action.
5. Non-returnable items (summary)
- All cold-chain / 2-8 °C products.
- Opened, used, or unsealed medicines.
- Products without valid proof of purchase from IVFInjection.in.
- Products returned after the month of purchase (except at our goodwill discretion).
6. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs of the product and packaging. Verified cases will be replaced or refunded. Please do not use the product in the meantime.
7. How to request a return
Call or WhatsApp +91-8882042434 (10:30 AM – 7 PM) with your order ID and reason for return. Our team will confirm whether the item is eligible before you send anything back. Do not ship products back without confirmation.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or as store credit, where agreed) within 7-10 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
