What is Cacit 500 mg tablet?

Cacit 500 mg is an oral chemo tablet. It contains the active ingredient Capecitabine. It goes inside the body and turns into 5‑Fluorouracil right inside the tumor cell. That way, it attacks cancer cells more and healthy cells less. So the growth of the tumour slows down. Doctors prescribe Cacit 500 mg tablets for treating multiple types of cancer in patients, including:
