What is Denoclast 60 mg injection?

Denoclast 60 mg injection is given to patients with Osteoporosis. It is a condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more susceptible to fractures, especially in women post-menopause. Denoclast 60 mg injection contains denosumab as an active ingredient that blocks receptors in the body responsible for bone loss. This injection plays an important role in strengthening the bones and reducing the risk of fractures. It is also used to treat bone loss due to lowered testosterone levels caused by surgery, due to the treatment with medicines such as glucocorticoids and in patients with prostate cancer.

A doctor or a qualified nurse should administer it. It is advised to be taken with calcium and vitamin D3 supplements to enhance bone strength.
